Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Haringey Council's Tottenham regeneration team has no black or ethnic minority members

Seems rather strange. Even if it happened because no one on the Council thought about it that would show a colour BLINDNESS that one would have hoped that councillors were aware enough to avoid.

I am really missing something. This comment started as a rant because a dept in haringey council is not sufficiently representative of the racial profile of the area. I complained of lack of objectivity. A subsequent post explained in a mature way.

Is your post meant as an insult? It did not work.
This morning I noticed that two Black Officers are now part of the senior leadership team of Haringey Council.
I welcome Neelam Bhardwaja as AD Children's Services and Beverley Tarka as Director of Adult Social Services (interim).
Sincere best wishes for a successful time in your posts.
I hope that you will be joined by many other colleagues to serve the people of Haringey.
