Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Haringey carbon emission targets
I just read that Haringey plans for us to reach net zero emissions for the borough by 2041. The Council decided this in March 2019! Really? 9 years ahead of UK government? What does that mean for all of us? Is there an action plan? Where do I find out? Barbara

The Council's plan is here https://www.haringey.gov.uk/news/action-plan-tackle-climate-change-.... It is ambitious, rightly so, but it does depend on (amongst other things) there being much more finance from govt and/or private sector for retrofitting homes to make them more energy efficient.
