Haringey being Green

Can someone please explain How Haringey can be a Green Local Authority

When its cleansing Contractor uses so many Purple bags

On the Councils Facebook Page the other day showed a picture of crews sweeping up leaves and putting them straight in a Dustcart. Must have saved hundreds of plastic bags

Today , crews have used purple bags which was placed along Gladstone Avenue

Issue not collected at 1600 plus, aware crews are still working

So gave Veolia calls. As aware they do not have inspectors on the Road

As could see several bags being kicked open and in the Road

Sure they had Vacum sweepers. Which used to clear around St Marks Church . Which would have taken Hours and several to clear

Expect majority of this years leaves have been flushed down the drains
