Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Haringey Association of Neighbourhood Watches quarterly meeting & Deputy Mayor's MOPAC Roadshow
Just wanted to let everyone know about these two events.
Haringey Association of Neighbourhood Watches quarterly meeting (agenda attached)
Date: 3rd April 2014
Venue: Civic Centre, Wood Green
Time: 7pm
Guest Speakers: Council’s Anti-Social Behaviour Team (ASBAT)
All Neighbourhood Watch members and Friends of Parks are invited to join us for a presentation by two officers from the Council’s ASBAT team. Anti-Social Behaviour comes in many forms and will have affected most of us at some point, so come along and learn how the council, in partnership with the police and other agencies, work towards making Haringey a safe and more pleasant place to live. There will be a chance after the presentation to put questions to the ASBAT officers.
Police Inspector Mark Hembury will also be on hand to update us on policing in Haringey and will also be happy to answer your questions. Should you have any questions that would clearly not be possible to answer on the night, i.e. if research needs to be done, then could you please forward your questions to me in advance?
These meetings give you an opportunity to meet Neighbourhood Watch and Friends of Park members from across the borough, so please do come along and join us, all welcome.

Deputy Mayor's MOPAC Roadshow
Date: Thursday 27th March
Time: 6.30pm
Venue: Haringey Civic Centre, Wood Green
The Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime is revisiting every London borough in 2014 with senior Metropolitan Police officers to talk about local policing, and to tell you how they have been putting the Police and Crime Plan into practice, and answering your questions.
