Haringey App tech problem

Tried to use the App today but it would not determine the location and just asked if my issue was related to ....and gave a number of different reports. When I clicked 'next' it just asked for my location. My location services is 'on'. iphone 4....any thoughts? yes I have tried turning it off and on again.....
