Harassment Warnings - Have You Had One Yet?

We have a problem with our local fuzz under Commander Olisa and Commissioner Hoggie-Howe who evidently believe issuing Harassment Warnings on the basis of unchecked allegations is the way to go in modern policing.  I understand they have full political backing from the Mayor and the Home Secretary.

I would be interested to hear from anyone who has been given one of these warnings based on trumped up charges (usually from the rich and powerful.  ). Please email me details.

I am in the process of issuing proceedings which might cost the police several hundred thousand pounds of our money to defend a ridiculously idiotic idea.

If anyone does wish to buy influence with our local police in Haringey, it can be acquired for the price of a few arsenal football tickets.
