Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Alexandra Park was opened to the public with a flower show on 23rd July 1863. The Park was named after Alexandra of Denmark, who had recently married Prince Edward, the Prince of Wales (later to become Edward VII).
