Handyman recommendation needed - drain pipe fixing

Hi everyone!

Can any of you recommend a handyman for a small outdoors job? One piece of our rain gutter, on the front of the house (terraced Victorian) came lose. We need someone who can climb up a ladder to fix it.

Just needs clipping back in, looks like a quick job. We can get a ladder long enough.
