Handyman / all jobs man recommendations required

Hello,

I have a few jobs that need doing around the house urgently and would like some recommendations for someone who could do the jobs. A list of the type of jobs are below

- Fix extractor fan in our bathroom

- Replace spotlight bulbs in the bathroom (having trouble doing this!)

- Build a unit around the boiler

- Add missing architrave from a door

- Overgrown garden needs handling

- Help hanging some pictures

Any recommendations for someone who could do all or some of the jobs would be appreciated.
