There's a group ride from Finsbury Park to Granary Square on Sunday morning for women via British Cycling's BREEZE initiative.
Details here

It's a really enjoyable route (if I say so myself) and one aim is to see how to cycle in London away from busy roads
The ride is being led by me, a local cycling instructor
To join the ride you need to register with British Cycling
It's all free! and very safe
British Cycling will have a big push to get people on these led (lead or led? I'm not sure) rides this summer, particularly between 23 July and 22 August. There should be lots to join. Not all are women only, some are for children, distances vary, etc
