"Green School Runs" vs. our laissez faire Local Authority

DUE to Haringey Council's absence of a meaningful, progressive transport policy, some residents are trying to make up the gap:

The council's Highwaymen and the conservative (New Labour) Cabinet remain content and comfortable with the status quo.

There will be no change in council policy or practice, because there can be no improvement.

If they know what to do (unlikely), then clearly there is net-zero political will to do it.

Due to the collective-council's lack of interest or attention or competence, our Borough's roads are likely to remain among the most congested in London (according to this linked article).
