Green Bin recycling
Has anyone else found that Crews are not bothering to empty Bins that are not half filled
Herd two separate crews and bins in early Hours
But bin was not emptied, not first time
Crew Energy Saving or a New Policy ?
And bin was moved. So not forgotten

Yep and also them chucking stuff from my black bin into my green bin to avoid taking that.

That sounds very annoying.
Don't think we've had that happen, but we have had them flat-out miss our bin for no apparent reason (both green and black).
