Great local personal trainer

Just wanted to recommend Paul as a local PT.

I originally found him through Amol Rajan’s Instagram (he’s clearly a big fan), and I’ve had a really good experience so far.

He’s knowledgeable, easy to work with, and being local makes a big difference – I can fit sessions in before work or at lunchtime when WFH.
