Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

We have seen a third increase in numbers of people coming to this food bank in the last two weeks, including more families. We seek to help those in need, so please let those know who you think may benefit from our service on a Sunday 11.30-1pm and Tuesday 6.30-8.30pm at the corner of Raleigh Road and Wightman Road. People do not need a written referral. We provide non perishable food and toiletries. At present we are in need of standard bags of rice, tins of meat, biscuits, tea and fruit juice. We can be contacted at gospelcfoodbank@gmail.com

  • Please could you tell us when you are open for donations and whether you have means to accept online cash donations? Thank you, Kerrie

Hello Kerrie

have written on this page when we are open. i can send you details of how to make a financial donation if you were to contact me at gospelcfoodbank@gmail.com many thanks

Would be great to get a weekly update on what you need.  We do a street collection every week and take it down to your food bank on a Sunday so as long as we know what you need on say Wednesday, we can Whatsapp the street and get donations to you.

Will do next Wednesday. Thanks

Yes - would happily donate food! Please let us know how we can do so

Hello again,

We are still seeing nearly thirty visitors a week. Reaching out to those especially in N8  I have contacted schools and a few other organisations, including schools to see if they know people, who are in need to our food bank. We are also in touch with Haringey's Connected Communities so networked in to other emergency food provision in the borough.

At this time we are in need of are particularly 1kg bags of rice, pasta sauce or other cooking sauces, jars of coffee or hot chocolate, spreads such as jams, as well as chocolate and cakes. Many thanks
