Does anyone know of a homeless charity that needs things like cookers, washing machines etc please? They would need to collect. It seems better than trying to sell online.

Easy one - ReStore in Tottenham.
They take in unwanted furniture etc, train people how to restore it, and sell it at cheap rates to homeless etc people, or for more to the rest of us. Keeps stuff out of landfill. Win-win. They will collect, maybe charge nominal rate.
