Have you tried calling Bosch tel 01536 431000?

Presuming the fridge is out of guarantee, still if the fridge is under 8 years Bosch have a policy underwritten by Domestic and General of £14 per month, and you may be able to access their engineers at this rate. Alternatively their engineers are £99 to repair excluding parts. This worked out for me when the appliance had just pipped over the guarantee period and the labour on this amount was lower than the independent repairers. Their engineers were very good too.

Otherwise try these independent appliance repairs, I ve had good experiences with:

KDS 01474 708600 Sally - excellent service, competent, reasonable and good feedback

JSG Electrical 0208 340 6048 - local N8, good advice given.
