Giving away: nursing chair as a recaning project?

This is a small, low chair, probably originally a nursing chair. The cane seat has broken through although the back is still OK.

This has been sitting around for ages as a project waiting for me to get round to it, but I have now admitted taht I'm not going to get round to it, so is anyone interested on taking this on?
