Genuine improvement in the Passage?

Am I imagining it or is there less dog poo/general dumping in the passage over the last few weeks? I've just walked Pemberton Road to Turnpike Lane 2 days in a row and encountered a total of just TWO major doggy offerings, and NO flytipping of clothes and hardly any glass/cans. That's 13 individual sections of passage. I've been here 7 years and I can honestly say that's the best I've ever seen it.

Has anyone else noticed this same, and if so, is this coincidence or signs of a more long-term improvement down to a) more regularly cleaning b) people altering their behaviour c) fewer people around who don't care or d) none of the above?
