I recently got a recommendation for someone who repairs/builds fences: Mark 07805 644752. Referred by Sean Galton from Forbes Treecare (tree surgeons). Haven't called Mark yet, but would tend to trust Sean's recommendation.

Try Paul Keys 07941 256037, recommended by a friend. He took out old and put up new fence, suggested higher or lower cost options and made a neat job of it. Was happy to let me move/prune my  plants to keep them from being damaged.

Ewan Alexander replaced mine last year and did a great job. Very affordable too. I can't find his mobile number but I am sure you can find it in here somewhere.
