Garden Awards for the Jubilee around the Borough

Each year there is a borough-wide gardening competition sponsored by the Sunshine Garden Centre near Muswell Hill. This year's Haringey in Bloom gardening competition is themed around The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, and there’s up to £300 available to transform a neighbourhood garden or part of an open space in time for the Jubilee bank holiday weekend on 2 June.

• I Love Tottenham

Currently the closing date is listed as 6th July, but I'm guessing this is just a mistimed April Fool's and that the date should be 6th May. I've asked the Council Press Office to confirm and it may be corrected by the time you look.
