Call Homes for Haringey - there are plenty of garages on their estates. I live above two such garages and I'd far rather they were used to store the cars of local residents than being used as equipment and tool storage for a tree surgeon (who turns up at 6am and whose equipment involves a lot of clanking chains) and the group of four Irish labourers (I assume from the tools and the thick rubber gloves they wear) who like to access their garage at 3am, but not before standing outside talking and smoking for ages (under my air vent), clearing the nitrous oxide canisters out of their car onto the street, and pumping up their air mattresses to sleep in their illegally parked van opposite my flat.

I have a garage for sale in a very secure private place. The garage is behind walpole road N17
