Garage off Green Lanes on Market for £40,000

If parking outside your house gets too tough for you and you don't mind a bit of a hike to your car, you can grab a parking space just south of Manor House tube for a tad under £40k.

Parking spaces under the tower in Woodberry Park are £25K (or £65pcm). Of course you can't store firearms or drugs in there like you can in this one though.
