Garage conversion to studio/workspace

Hello good people of Harringay,

I'm looking to convert my garage to a studio/workspace and I wondered if anyone has done something similar (I'd love to hear about it) and/or could recommend a builder to do the job.

I am looking to do the following:

• Run electricity to garage
• Insulate and plasterboard
• Flooring
• Build partition wall
• Further security/locks
• Lighting
• Built-in shelving
• this is not to be 'habitable' space so doesn't need to be to building regs specification

I'd like someone to be able to do all of it. I've had a quote from Dave O'Doherty a long while ago but it was absolutely vast so didn't follow up. I've also just contacted Dave Scott who I saw recommended here on HOL and I see has built a garden studio before. Any further recommendations very welcome.
