Fusion or DLL who should run Park Rd Pools?

If HoL could do some research collectively that would be interesting, I think DLL deal with Clissold Rd Pool, I understand that wages of £23,000 could drop to 15 and part/ short time staff may go.

The decision may have already have been made, we will know for sure on the 1st on Dec 2013.
