Front garden wall recommendations please

We are looking at rebuliding our front garden wall and adding half railings. Has anyone done something similar and can you recommend a company or a builder who has done a good job for you at a reasonable price.

Kevin is very good, he has done lots of walls, paths and railings on The Ladder, his number is 07890 556156. Also a very good plasterer too.
