Hi Faye

I can't come to the meeting on 26th as I'm playing music that day, but would like to help out on the day. Perhaps I could help run a herbal treasure hunt round the site, for example.

Thanks for showing interest in the Friends of Railway Fields.

 

We would love help on 26th March, our herb tresure hunt is TBC depending on the state of the herbs on site in March. There should be lots going on so any help would be much appreciated!

 

Will be in touch once I have a bit more info.

Hi Mary 

 

I have asked Cat, who manages Railway Fields, about the state of the herbs onsite. If its not possible what to you think of a spring themed treasure hunt ie find a daffodil etc?

Sounds good & we could include trees. Nature will decide what's up 26th I guess - lot depends on the weather in March... Couuld be billed as Nature Treasure Hunt which would cover everything if you like.

I'm aware it's the same day as the big cuts demo and am somewhat torn as the cuts particularly in the NHS are really horrific...

Yes I realise that, my parents are actually coming down from Yorkshire for the day as my father works for the council.

Ooooh cant wait!! It was such a shame the xmas event didn't go ahead due to the snow! Really looking forward to the spring launch!! Could you tell me what activities you will be running for children?
