Fridge Freezer repair...a recommendation

Our freezer stopped working yesterday on our Samsung fridge freezer. Looked up HOL but couldn't see any recommends. Phoned Samsung and somebody there gave me the phone number for Sainsbury's! Googled repair and came up with Glotech who promise to repair just about any domestic appliance. Filled in online request and confirmation email contained a phone number which I used. Person quoted me a price and said if the repair person hadn't got the part, they would return with the part and fit it at no extra labour charge. Someone came within two hours and sorted it out. Paid only the set sum ie about £75. Nice repair people! Don't want to fall foul of Hugh's eagle eye so I will just suggest you Google them rather than give out their number!
