Not a bad effort getting from Mare street to halfway down Green Lanes in Harringay.

I believe it was the confusion over the no right turns and the alternating direction of the one ways that finally did him in.

The Gardens bollards have also been credited with hindering his escape.

There was a decent Police presence but I don't think the armed response guys were available. Something about a stray cat terrorising Crouch End.
