Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Free upright piano - or seeking advice on piano recycling/disposal?

I have an old upright piano to give away - it needs tuning and some other TLC probably (some keys a bit muffled) but I think still useable. It just needs to be removed from the ground floor on Stanhope Gardens. If no takers, I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good way of disposing of or recycling it? Haringey Council bulky waste will only collect it if it's already broken up which seems a shame!

They may take it away for free if it's worth doing up?

I sold an old upright on eBay a few years back for a small amount. Buyer collected.

Hi Deka - is there a stool that goes with it? I've been trying to find a piano stool that also works as a storage for music  box..hope you find someone to enjoy the piano

If you can't find any takers, a local school might be able to work on it and use it for music classes!
