Just out of curiosity, I don't think it's for me, but what is a crash mat ?

It's a large thick mat, looks like a mattress, but designed to cushion the impact of a body falling on it. Used in gymnastics when people are learning to balance and climb and so can fall safely. Hope that helps!

I have a climbing wall that I teach my kid and his friends to climb on, so a crash mat would be a gift.
