We had a good session last week with just a few people in attendance. Tai Chi has proven health benefits for blood circulation joint mobility balance and stress. An hour of Tai Chi should energise you. All welcome, especially those over 50 or with disabilities, carers or those who’ve found themselves housebound this last year. If its raining the session will be called off. The next one in Fairlands Park won’t be until August 21st
