Free Pregnancy Yoga at Lordship park
Haringey council is offering free community pregnancy yoga classes on Saturdays at Lordship Park Hub. The initiative is being supported by Sports Engalnd via Tottenham Active please let me know if you would like to join in.

Hi, The pregnancy yoga will be on every Saturday from 10-11am at Lordship Rec park community Hub N17 6NU. The council via Tottenham Active is supporting the initiative for the next few months, so I am able to offer the classes for free, so would like this to benefit as many would be mums as possible. No experience necessary and mats will be provided. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!

In there a criteria for how many weeks pregnant you need to be etc?
Not overly familiar with lordship rec park hub. Is that the hut by the pool/playground that has a cafe inside? Thanks
