A free architecture programme for young people, Leading to a formal qualification for 13 - 19 year olds.
The Woodberry Down Design Studio is run by the architects RC/YYC and offers creative design workshops for young people aged 13 to 19, looking at how the public spaces of Woodberry Down might be improved. Participants learn about careers in the built environment, practise site surveying, technical drawing and model-making, and have the opportunity to gain a Level 1 Foundation Project Qualification.
The flyer describes the programme as an opportunity for young Hackney residents. Priority will be given to Hackney residents, but this is also open to residents in Haringey and Islington.
I believe that everything you need is on this page. But if you would like to look, then further details are on the WDCO website: https://bit.ly/WD_Design_Studio
