Free - 2m length of fabric suitable for upholstery

Would anyone like this - 140cm wide, 2 metres long. Bought to upholster some chairs. Nice black fleck design, slightly textured. I’m not sure of the fabric but I think is man made. 

Failing this, does anyone know anywhere local I could take it? I don’t think charity shops take fabric (but happy to be corrected).
