Hugh has given me a ticking off for talking about specific roads and traffic problems (although never Wightman Rd) which may affect property prices. A cursory inspection of Rightmove for Harringay is far more illustrative. I don't know about what anyone else thinks but among properties of a similar condition it is floor area that seems to be the price differentiator, not street.
