Found on Seymour Rd: v. soggy 'Harvey's special book'

Outside my house on Seymour Rd, in the pouring rain, I found a red exercise book labelled 'HARVEY SPECIAL BOOK'. It features movie advert cut-outs from magazines and belonged to a child. If anyone knows who it belonged to let me know and I'll reunite them with it.
