Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hello,

I found a kitten wandering outside my front door in duckett road late last night. I took him in as he was crying like a baby and looked lost. I am going to put out a few posters up today, but if anyone sees or hears about a missing kitten please let me know. In the meantime it is keeping company to my cat and they seem to get on well.

Sorry, no pictures or colour in this post...I would prefer if people contact me so I can make sure it is definitely their cat!

Thanks

Hi Anton, you could try taking the kitten to a vet to see if it's michrochipped.

If you're really dedicated, you could try going door to door in your area too, someone might know who's kitten it it.

Well done for looking after him / her, hope you find the owner!

yep, doing vet tomorrow and door to door today. If not I have a new owner lined up already.

By the way, your cat (on the pic) looks exactly like mine...

That's Jensen, my big ginger boy who's afraid of everything.

I saw a poster for a lost kitten as I exited Harringay station on the footbridge last night.  Does the cat you found resemable the one on the poster that is lost?

The poster on the footbridge is actually for another found kitten on the other side (Stroud Green) of the railway, so I don't think they'll match up.

I'll take a look tonight. What colour is it?

The poster is white with black ink I think.

My mistake.  it was a poster for a found kitten. lots of kittens being found at the moment it seems.

Hi

There's a lost kitten photo outside our house at the moment for a black and white one - a bit far from you as we are in Seven Sisters. Is your foundling B&W? If so I can pass on the phone number.

Kim

The kitten I found is black and to be honest, given the conditions in which he has been kept, I am going to find him a new owner (my neighbors might keep him). I found a poster in my street about free black kittens to give away, so i think it must be one of those. They probably couldn't find anyone and dumped them in the street. I have rang the number and nobody is answering.

Anyway...he is in good hands now. Thanks all for your interest!

Well done, glad he's safe.

Me too. Sad to hear that someone could dump a kitten. They need love. And Milk.
