Found - Green rucksack on Woodlands Road on Monday 1st August full of baby gear

My partner found a green rucksack with baby change mat and kids rucksack with this soft toy inside on Woodlands road.  I think the child's name is Martina.  It seemed like it had been dumped, we're wondering if it had been stolen/snatched.  Trying to reunite with the owner.
