Hi there

I found those photo's quite distressing. Did you let it in and give it water and food?

If not please consider doing so. If it's female I may be able to take it in if no one

claims or wants it. I have a boy so can only take in a girl cat.

I was able to find the owner and the cat was picked up the same day.

I agree it seemed distressed and consulted two vets that I know. I instructed the owner, per their advice, that he should get it checked out...rest is up to him.

a happy reunion was made.

Must be so difficult right now, most rescue centers are closed?

Maybe a few are still taking in lost/strays.

Glad there was a happy ending here.
