Found black and white cat

Has anyone lost a cat around Lothair Road North/Venetia Road/Endymion Road? Found a black and white cat on Endymion Road yesterday, was told he'd been seen rummaging for food in bins. He looked very skinny and cold so took him to the vet but wasn't microchipped. Been contacting local groups and posting notes through doors but nothing yet.
