If anyone's lost an epipen I can guarantee they would have got a placement as soon as they realised. The details of the owner and surgery might be printed on the pen inside the case. If it was a hot day when you found it, the adrenalin has probably deteriorated anyway making it useless. You can dispose of them at chemists.
