For Sale: Pair of Curtains large enough for a bay window £75
Hi,
I have a pair of John Lewis made to measure curtains for sale. They are 100% cotton and are a cream colour. They are fully lined pencil pleat curtains with proper weights in the hems.
Each curtain measures 336 cms wide and the drop is 317 cms
They have been in storage for a while though so would benefit from a dry clean.
I have attached some pictures but if you would like to see them in person let me know

They look nice - apart from needing a clean, how would you describe the condition (eg. any stains)?

They are in good condition. One has a very small stain near the hem, I can take a photo if you like?

That's ok - I would have to take them up anyway. They seem incredibly long! Are they the drapy kind that reaches the floor?

Yes they definitely reach the floor. I had them made to measure. I used to have a flat in stroud green and they were made to fit the bay window in there. I am not sure what you mean by "drapy". They are a cotton fabric but it's a thicker woven cotton and they are fully lined so they are full blackout not floaty in any way

Hi Karin,
I know drapy is a bit vague! I meant sagging onto the floor instead of hanging just above it. If you still have them, I'm interested to come and see the curtains.

Ah I see!
Yes come and see them. I am in all day today or tomorrow. There's another woman coming to see them tomorrow but not till late evening.
