Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Our lovely cat Pirate (a big fluffy 3 year old black and white domestic longhair) has been missing since around 5.30am on Friday 16th July. We last saw him at our house when he woke us up crying for food, as usual; we fed him and opened the cat flap, and haven't seen him since, and are really worried about him.

We have owned him for a few months now (we fostered and then adopted him via North London Cats Protection in January), and every so often he has gone out for the night but this is by far the longest he's stayed out for.

Pirate is very talkative, good with people, will always roll over to have his tummy and chin stroked and rubbed, but shouts at all other cats (especially if they as big as he is). He also eats anything and everything, and will cry for food, even if he has just finished eating.

His distinguishing features are his magnificent whiskers, he has a slightly shaved patch on the back of his neck where he recently had an allergic reaction, so his fur is a bit shorter on the back of his neck (although it is growing back so doesn't look fully shaved), and although his tummy is mainly white, he has a little black triangle of fur on his lower abdomen, nearer his back legs.

We have contacted local vets in N15/N17, loads of rescue centres, will be door-knocking and postering tomorrow (though may not make it to the ladder then). If you happen to see a cat resembling this one, please let me know and thanks in advance!
