Hi Sharon, I've used it and my partner uses it regularly great gym really friendly staff and the owner is there most of the time. As you said the fact that there is no joining fee is great and you can pay per visit or buy a week pass and go as many times as you want. Great local gym - hope this helps

Thanks Polly, that's useful as it confirms my initial thoughts, it looks and feels friendly. Still a bit nervous but I have my 3 day free trial :-)
