Flooring repair and possible insulation

After having sat in drafts in my living room for some years, I am now hoping to get my floorboards repaired / restored. They are probably the original ones, from around 1900, but have gaps between them and some damage.

Ideally I would also like to have insulation underneath if practicable, taking up the boards in order to do this.

Would be grateful to hear of others experience of doing this and it would be very helpful to have recommendations re someone who might carry out this work
