Hi Richard, Thats great. I will give you a call sometime today if that works for you. Do you live on the ladders? Basically, my hall has floorboards halfway and then there is a step and the rest is concrete and needs to floorboards layed. 

The existing floorboards have carpet on them and haven't been treated. I will run through all this with you on the phone. 

Does that make sense?
