I thought I'd start a new thread as the other one is a bit old. Can anyone recommend a good and professional floor sander?

Paul did 2 rooms for us a year ago and did a great job
Be prepared for it to be very dusty as he goes over it with a hand sander! Some of the old varnish on our floors was a pain to get off and the skirting got a bit scuffed but we were very happy with the job and the price. Paul was really easy to have around and we'd definately use him again. He used to live locally and has done lots of work around here.
