I am working out of London for 2 years from mid August, and am looking for tenant/s for my large one bed, 1st floor flat 7 mins walk from Turnpike Lane tube. It will be part furnished. My priority is to find non smoking tenant/s who will respect my home and look after it.  The market value is £1,000 pcm but this could be negotiable for the right person and also if you wouldn't mind me leaving a few boxes of books behind.  I've been unable to upload the photos, but please message me with your phone number if interested.
