Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

FixMyTransport the new public transport problem reporting system from the guys at FixMyStreet appears to have been hacked by Wightman Road bus campaigner and HoL member OAE.

It seems that OAE has used his smarts and burgeoning technical know-how to hack in to the new web platform, currently still in Beta. The veteran campaigner has apparently managed to add bus stops to FMT's map along the length of Wightman Road in an opening bid to relaunch his campaign for a bus along Wightman Road.

I'm impressed OAE. Could you perhaps manage to get the now long forgotten Harringay Tube station mapped too?

For those of you who aren't up for campaigning but would like to use the new platform to help get those transport niggles fixed, you can access the new site at www.fixmytransport.com.

At last someone's noticed. FMT is just one of my many covert agents. For clarity though, the bus stops indicated are so far for my phantom night service only on the NW1 which has become extremely popular with nightclubbers, swingers and other old nightbirds like myself. Daily services will be launching in the New Year (thank you Boris) and 24/7 Tramp-oline is scheduled soon (Thank you Ken). Enjoy.

Forgive, my scepticism. I can't see how this website will fix a niggle. Let alone a serious problem. Has anyone got a concrete practical local example?

My experience with TfL is that getting them to tackle a problem is more than likely to need a mini-campaign. As for Haringey's so-called Sustainable  Transport . . . !
