Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

First cello - advice, help

Hi!

I finally found a nice cello teacher that I can afford (I have a barely existing budget), but as I want to practice every day I need my own cello.

It will take me over a year to be able to save enough money to buy my own, therefore I was wondering if someone is giving theirs away (although the possibility is very very small, still would like to try :) ) or whether someone in the area would be happy with me coming around and using theirs (I can bring ear plugs for you? )

Hi Maria

The way I got started on the cello was, I joined the East London Late Starters Orchestra. It was absolutely great! You can hire an instrument from them, and play along with the orchestra your very first visit. You get tuition there too. It's at ellso.org.

I'm sure you're going to love it, whichever way you find a cello.
